3. Scope of Services

Our agency specializes in an array of digital services, including but not limited to web development, SEO, content creation, and social media management. Specific project details will be outlined in individual agreements. We commit to delivering high-quality services tailored to meet your unique business objectives.

4. Client’s Responsibilities

To ensure seamless project execution, the client agrees to provide timely access to necessary resources, including but not limited to content, assets, and approvals. Any delays on the client’s part may affect project timelines. Open and prompt communication is vital for a successful collaboration.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights arising from our services, including but not limited to designs, code, and content, remain with cope until full payment is received. Upon receipt, the client gains ownership rights. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to treat any sensitive information exchanged during the project with utmost confidentiality. This includes business strategies, proprietary data, and project details. Non-disclosure agreements may be signed to further protect confidential information.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to initiate the project, followed by milestone payments. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in project suspension until payment is received.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event of project cancellation, any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly. Refunds are not provided for work already completed, as per industry standards. A detailed cancellation policy will be outlined in the project agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, citing valid reasons. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due. Completed work will be delivered to the client, and any ongoing services will be ceased.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to safeguarding your data and comply with GDPR regulations. Any personal information provided will only be used for project-related purposes. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access or data breaches.

11. Warranties and Guarantees

Cope Digital Agency guarantees that all services will be executed with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not warrant specific results or outcomes, as they may be influenced by various external factors.

12. Limitation of Liability

Cope Digital Agency will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project.

13. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold Cope Digital Agency harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use of our services.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to reach a resolution. If required, legal action will be pursued within the jurisdiction of Greek law.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.

16. Miscellaneous Provisions

Any modifications or amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties. This agreement supersedes any prior agreements or understandings between the client and Cope Digital Agency.
